The melanger (the machine they used to make the mixture smoother) is also the one being used to make nut butter smoother. Blenders tend to get "stuck" and overheat, and won't have a nut butter that is smooth. You can basically make nutella out of it :D

Tasted the single origins chocolate bars that they have and all the different cacao beans from different origins really taste uniquely different from each other! Really changes your world view of how chocolate should taste! ( Unlike the ones that you get in supermarkets)
