You go through all this effort to make sure everything is correct and you still make several mistakes. Sigh... I'll keep that in mind.

'The Missing Coach' was so confusing. I'm amazed that Sir Charles Topham Hatt could tell which engine it was.

Very nice. But just like with the Culdee Fell timeline, there are a few gaps you missed: In 1954, Winston, a Wickham Type 4B Trolley, and bought by the North Western Railway as Sir Charles Topham Hatt's railway inspection vehicle. In 1955, Jonathan (#8) was sold to the Vicarstown Railway Museum, which had opened in 1926 with Neil (S&M #2) being its first exhibit after the Crovan's Gate Mining Company had closed, so Duke was purchased to shunt the yards, giving Percy some time to help out the Ffarquhar Branch Line. In 1956, with Edward away at the works, an Lickey Banker 0-10-0, named Bertha (#18), came the Brendam Branch Line as the railway's new banker. In 1958, Chris (#9) and the Little Blue Tank Engine (#10) were sadly sold for scrap, so Donald and Douglas came the railway a year later. In 1965, one of Gordon's cousins, Spencer, an LNER Gresley A4 (#4499), originally named "Pochard", and later renamed "Sir Murrough Wilson", arrived on Sodor pulling a single express, consisting of the Duke and Duchess of Boxford, as their private engine. During his first visit, Spencer ignored Gordon's warning of taking on plenty of water while taking the guests to Maron. As a result, he ran dry halfway up Gordon's Hill, so Gordon had to come and help him up the hill the rest of the way to Maron before Spencer was sent away. In 1967, Anthony (#11) was sold the railway museum in Vicarstown alongside Jonathan, so Oliver was saved from scrap by Douglas. In 1968, Derek (#D4), a BR Class 17 Paxman diesel, was purchased to help Edward and BoCo at the Brendam Branch Line. He was sent temporarily to help Bill and Ben at the China Clay pits. Unfortunately, Derek's engine often overheated, so halfway uphill, while pushing from behind, he pushed his engine too far, leaving Bill and Ben to manage the train alone. After Derek was repaired and fitted with a new engine and cooling system, he was officially put back into service on the Brendam Branch, and has never had a breakdown ever since. In 1975, an Ivatt tank engine named Arthur (#19), came to the railway to work on the Norramby Branch Line, since Samantha (#12) was now being sold to the Vicarstown Railway Museum. A week or two later, Emily, a GNR Stirling Single G3 4-2-2, was bought by Sir Charles Topham Hatt as the N.W.R's new #12. At first, when she was assigned to collect her coaches to learn the mainline, she misunderstood by taking Annie and Clarabel, much to Thomas' chargin. However, after Emily rescued Toby and Henrietta, who had broken down at a level crossing before Bertie could crash into to them, Sir Charles rewarded her with a new pair of her coaches for her mainline work. After that, Emily and Thomas made amends. Next, in 1983, after Duck's incident with the Flying Kipper on Gordon's Hill, Sir Charles Topham Hatt was forced to purchased a Manning Wardle L Class 0-6-0ST, named Charlie, to help arrange the Tidmouth Yards, as the N.W.R's new #14, since Bertha was now sold to Vicarstown. That was before Alice (#20), and Eric (#21) arrived. In 1985, with all the goods traffic increasing every more rapidly, a British Rail Standard 9F 2-10-0, named Murdoch, was purchased from a heritage line as the N.W.R. main goods engine (#22). In 1987, Neville, a SR Bulleid Q1 #33010, who had been saved from scrap by the Bluebell Railway in 1964, was sold to the North Western Railway as their #23 to help out Murdoch with main goods work. But after some trucks pushed him too hard over the edge of an unfinished bridge, Bear was called in to help him to safety. That was before Sheffield (#24) was bought to the railway. In 2017, Flying Scotsman and Spencer returned to Sodor for a visit. They, along with Gordon, were assigned to triple-head a special express called "Gresley's Greatest". Crovan, on the other hand, was jealous of Spencer being a private engine. So he decided to go as fast as him, only to fall into the sea at Arlesburgh Harbour. Crovan was soon craned out of the water and cleaned up. On the day of the special train, it was raining hard, so when Spencer crashed into a fallen tree on the way back, there was no chance of communication. Luckily, Crovan arrived to help out the rest of the journey, after that eventful adventure, Crovan and Spencer made amends, and Crovan now got his act together completely. He is much wiser private engine now.

Almost Everyone considers Richard Topham Hatt to be the next Topham Hatt and not his sister. Also why didn't you use Salty for Brendam extension but bring some random brother of his?
@TobyOliverHenryFan
@TobyOliverHenryFan Жыл бұрын
Salty is a well established character and every Thomas fan knows him and mostly loves him. I also don't know why Tornado has to work on Sodor. You could used her a fan-made character or say Murdoch. Also I always forget that the show is 77 years old but Thomas is a 100. That one female Ivette class engine could have been Barry being purchased by the N.W.. Or Arthur. Why am I only using season 7 characters? Rather than Arthur say Ryan. I call the boxtanks Clive, Neil and Mathew. Who the f is Rodger and why is Clive now №3 Idk.

1. Well that's as maybe. but the only official source is a couple decades out of date. There is only one series on KZfaq that looks at the railway after Sir Stephen Topham Hatt retired so this is what I have used as I can't find any up-to-date evidence to contradict this. 2. I know i said that I would use some ideas from the TVS (Perhaps not such a smart idea in hindsight) but since the TVS is technically non-cannon in the RWS I will not be using TVS only characters such as Salty, which is a pity as I feel Salty would be a perfect addition the the RWS cast, he and Cranky were some of the best TVS only characters in my opinion.

@@elsbridgestudios1885 Well the RWS ended but it's universe didn't. I feel like Salty and Cranky could come to Sodor after the last book's stories.

@@TobyOliverHenryFan That's a good point. It's certainly something I will have to consider moving forward. It would be good to have them as part of the RWS universe, they often had such funny and entertaining interactions with characters, especially with each-other. Personally my favorite Salty & Cranky moment has to be in the season 6 episode: No sleep for Cranky, specifically Salty's tale and Cranky's reaction to it.

@@elsbridgestudios1885 Well I'm gonna be waiting to see what you do with them. You could also look in some other TVs characters who could work in the RWS. Like say Fearless Freddie or Arthur.
