This was a surprisingly good film. Mr Olyphant did a fabulous job of bringing the video game character to life. He was very physical and he's a very good actor to boot.

He doesn’t use a 1911, it’s a Para Ordnance 18.9 in Caliber 9x19 Para with a Double Stack Mag. So 22 Bullets are not impossible...

Too many people disliking the film because of the lack of stealth but looking at the events that happen here... hitman is not doing his usual missions ... this is a parenthesis to his usual actions... I personally love this movie because you can feel how hitman is a badass and a respectable one. I can believe all that happen in the film and the fact that he practically planned the whole thing was amazing and believable to his character.

@@gavinb1936 exactly. With every hitman game you will shoot people, then most likely reload a save. 47 can't reload a save like we can. If things go wrong then things go wrong and he gotta make do. They explain his public elimination at the start and he's on the run from that moment on, he just needs to survive.

(also no i was agreeing with you're opinion) and yes he did planned the whole thing himself. idc what those loser nerds say or think. cause it's till good to me unlike the second one btw...its not great. atleast this movie is worth on my listed of my favorites. like hitman 2 (the game i meant)

I like how he had the time to shoot thrice before the guards even reacted. Absolutely no one was covering the back. So that's good. The guards were turning the corner like they were going on a black Friday sale despite hearing the shots and the president or whatever he is is being held hostage.

I found this movie on DVD in a bargain bin for, like, 5 bucks American. I watch it every now & again, counting all the plot-holes. I get a bigger number each time. It's entertainment. Mindless entertainment, but entertainment nonetheless.

Was this actually the framerate of the fight scene, I don't think all movies were that low framerate at the time. the rest looks fine until the other hitman walks in.
