@@Nathan-em2kr yes but still. Maybe he did regret it before he got caught. You don't know that. Staged or not, he definitely wasn't "acting" when his voice was literally shaking. He probably did that in a fit of anger and after he realized what he had done, he was so mortified he tried staging the crime scene. He's not innocent obviously and he deserves to be in jail, but he's definitely broken.

@@firewolf4824 All of this is pure speculation, but the facts are still there. He staged the crime scene of the murder of his pregnant wife in an attempt to make it look like she did it. He lied to the police, and to the court in an attempt to get away with murdering his wife. I don't know why yall are trying to defend a man who literally murdered his pregnant wife because he thought she might be cheating on him.

He received two life sentences, his wife was 7 months pregnant and he was found guilty after they discovered he lied about the knife attack and staged a crime scene, apparently another man texted her phone and after he suspected her of cheating, he threw her phone in the toilet and shot her, the first shot missed and so he shot her again.. He “turned himself in” because he spent 3 hours faking a scene to make it seem like it was in self defense, police found he staged it and turned himself in to see if he could go off the hook. He’s no good man.

Now THIS is how you handle a 911 situation. Dispatcher was clear & calm, asking relevant questions. I saw a video yesterday of a 911 dispatcher who was so rude & arrogant and told the caller to deal with it herself.

It was an honest mistake, he most likely didn't mean to kill her, and it was out of self-defense. He'd probably need some mental help, like a therapist or something of that sort, perhaps.

You cannot just expect someone who has lived their life without any or a lot of confrontations to immediately shoot someone in the back of the head with no damage to their sanity, as opposed to someone who has lived in the worst parts of town and has been in those kinds of situations.

Elliot Ness From what he said. She was comig after him with a knife, and during a heated argument it would have ended badly once the knife was brought into it. And he had to shoot her to stop himself from getting stabbed unfortunately. He doesnt deserve death because of this. The people that deserve death are the ones that cause mass murderes, kidnappings, etc. Hes obviously going to serve time but death is a no go in this situation.

He was sentenced to life in jail, because he made up the self defense part. There was evidence he moved the body after he shot her and placed the knife near her hand. He also made the call 3 hours after the shooting and staged the whole thing during the 3 hours so they would think it was self defense. The wife was also pregnant

Julia Arnold you’re talking about one incident. Almost all of them I hear are done pretty good. And also, a lot of 911 calls are people screaming at the phone and not being cooperative. In this video the guy is being very calm and relaxed which makes it very easy for the dispatcher to do her job correctly.

Yeh he said she was in the bedroom now although it's possible I doubt she had s knife laying around in the bedroom for her to grab and if she did he wouldn't have time to go o his closet and get a gun out he had to have been carrying the gun on him during their "argument" besides forensics police can tell the angle of the shot how far away you were and basically put a situation together with the evidence they find to confirm his story if he wasn't lying
