You just gotta play through it not seriously over and over, because you are going to mess something up every time. I've played like 200 hours now and I can say that I'm getting the hang of it. On top of watching vids, I've played like 8 games in which I lost some, I started to lose on others, and one I won but with the new update it corrupted my file so I didn't finish it. TLDR: If you have the patience you'll get better it'll just take time.

When playing Germany you have to be patient more than anything and just build up your army. If you boot up a new game just focus on building military factories, send volunteers to Nationalist Spain, cancel Mefo bills, and rebuild your economy with the focus tree. Also befriend as many fascists as possible, and when the allies come for you you'll be able to take France and eventually Britain

@@larsonpartisan2855 I remember fucking up against france in my first/second game where I did not even know how to properly use frontlines and that there is a logistics button (Because the game remembers you about everything except low logistics). Since the 3rd playthrough it is not even hard to beat the soviets, only capping them when they move their capital to fucking Vladiwostok.

I also do that as preset while playing Bulgaria of all things. Got almost all of USSR with collab government because Poland didn't want to take anything and got as far as invading USA with the aid of light cruiser doomstack.
