Take a look at this cheese! It's super easy to make and you don't have to wait to enjoy it. It's delicious and good for you!
The main ingredient for this cheese is Lupini beans.
You can eat it just like that, you can shred it to eat with pasta, you can also slice it to use it in your favorite sandwich and you can cut it and eat it in a salad.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups (130 g) Lupini beans (cooked and peeled)
1 cup (240 cl) water
2 tablespoons (20 g) olive oil
1 tablespoons (15 cl) lemon juice
1 tablespoon (15 cl) apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon (15 cl) white wine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon (5 g) sea salt
3 tablespoons (12 g) nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons (16 g) agar powder
INSTRUCCIONES
Put the Lupini beans and water in the mixer jar and pulse until a creamy consistence.
Put the cream in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Whisk and cook at low temperature for 5 to 6 minutes.
While the mixture is still hot, put in a glass container coated with a little oil.
You can use sticks with different sizes to create the holes. (This step is optional)
Allow the cheese to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the sticks and enjoy!
