Boy do I love all VR missions in Substance. The gameplay of MGS2 of itself was pristine but you didn’t have enough time during the story to fully explore the limits of the mechanics.

Does Snake move faster if he has no equipped weapons? l have noticed you unequip a lot unless it is a habit

I actually do it to quickly aim and hold up. But it does look like he moves a bit faster without it.

snake auto aims the pistol to the enemy when he unequips then requips it instead of a general direction

Because it's the story. MGS games are mainly narrative games, almost playable movies. You don't get to decide the story. But I guess understanding that novadays is difficult for this multiplayer gamer generation.

@@kingstarscream320 Buy the Master Collection and play the Snake Tales if that scratches the itch. No voice acting but you can be on the Plant as Snake

@@jesseliikamaa1753 I have multiple versions of MGS2. It’s an amazing game, but it would be a little better with a proper Snake campaign. The snake tales and VR missions are a lot of fun, but they don’t let you explore parts of the Big Shell that weren’t visited by Raiden.

You realize this game came out in like 2003 right? Third person over the shoulder view wasn't anywhere near the general standard yet. Later games in the series did implement one though.

All the main dark souls games came out around 10 or more years ago. Thats means all you normies are decade late. But for some reason now is the age of dark souls.
