The sun does not weekend your immune system. Quite the opposite. You have imbalances (like the fungus mentioned, chemicals, EBV, gut issues, etc).

It's not a skin infection which is also why there isn't really an over the counter ir prescription treatment except using a gel with 40% strength peroxide solution and that's not guaranteed to do anything. Also yeast and fungus are different organisms. You can't just call something a fungal infection then switch to calling it a yeast infection.

Seborrheic keratosis is not fungal. Seborrheic dermatitis is. Where did Dr Ben go to school?! Horrible.

I've read somewhere else that seborrheic keratosis is fungal, I'm definitely looking into this because they are spreading all over my legs😣

Well, you have to do that several times a year for the rest of your life.. By treating the source, you don't. Thagt also causes long term damage to the skin.

My 4yr son has this amd nothing is working that the doctors are giving him more of changing his diet and putting fresh aloe on his whole body every night and oatmeal baths help calm it down but hasn't fully gone away I feel like he is right have to cure from the inside when it's all over his body. Any tips on which treatment I would use on pediatric and is it safe for him to use. I would really appreciate the feed back cause I would have to find a way to afford something like this or maybe have are inexpensive idea I could help him from his insides out?

The treatment for your son is inexpensive. All he needs is to take Skin Perfection, 4 pumps twice daily by mouth to address the candida source of his condition. It should mostly clear within a month but have him take it for 3 months to reduce recurrence risks.
