On April 1st, the worst possible day for this to happen, Hollow Knight Silksong listing appeared on Xbox.com. The listing doesn't provide any clarity on when the game is going to be released, just that it'll be on Game Pass on day one and it's optimized for Xbox Series X|S.
This is both a good sign as it's a sign of something, but also a cruel reminder that it has been five years since the game was announced. This got us thinking about some of the other games that are still MIA and, at a time when releases have slowed down a bit, it's a good opportunity to check in on them.

There's also TES VI, which got announced way too early because Bethesda wanted to puff up their stock price while they were trying to get bought.

Forever Skies. 2 years past the initial release date. Then recently they released footage of a load of new added content as is we’ve been playing it all along.

A newer one but DokeV. I was obnoxiously excited for it. It was so cute and looked so different and promising and now.. nothing. Ik Crimson desert is being worked on currently but i honestly dont give a flying duck about that (until i see something to intrigue me)

Not announced, not properly hinted at, but after a slew of Like A Dragon releases I would love to see RGG return to the Judgment series with Takuya Kimura reprising the role of Takayuki Yagami once more 🙏
