Things I like:
- Modern design and folds flat against the car when not in use
- Compatible with fenders and step-thru bikes
- Sufficient (11 inch) spacing between bikes
- Near 90 degree pivoting for trunk access with plenty of clearance
- Long ramp (46 inches) to load bikes included
- One key unlocks both hitch pin and clamp locks
- Overall high quality steel and rubber/silicone components
- Straightforward no-wobble hitch system
Things I don't like:
- Somewhat time consuming to spin and secure bike clamps
- Bike loading can be tedious if pedals catch or clips/tie-downs get in the way
- Heavy weight of bikes when tilting down for trunk access
- Some plastic components that may be more vulnerable to damage
