I finally tried a canned anchovy due to your enthusiasm, and it wasn't bad! It's like smoked salmon, but a little more umami and fishy. Next I'm going to try making ceasar dressing. Thanks for the recommendation!

@@maria_maria33 drinking pineapple juice couple of days prior helped with swollen. Ice pack, ice cream and a lot of liquid/soft foods. Good luck

@@maria_maria33 I drunk a lot of pineapple juice couple of day prior getting them extracted. Stay hydrated, eat only (ice’s cream, mashed potatoes, soup, apple sauce,etc) soft foods, and stay on top of your medications. Good luck, you’ll be fine 😊
