Under $200/ft is a good price. It should sell quickly if the neighborhood is not tired looking or dumpy. BTW, Goodman HVAC is an economy brand. I agree that the small shutters look funny.

If I had one negative comment, and it’s difficult to come up with one, is I hate grey. It’s trendy and really restrictive not to mention cold. Go with white or off white. A pale ivory with white trim is classic. He did a tremendous job renovating this home. I would have loved to see the before and after. I love the stained glass pattern in the front door which is reminiscent of older homes. The house I grew up in was loaded with these leaded glass windows which overlooked Lake Superior, which is like looking at the ocean. The only difference is the smell. The ocean smells different, fishy. Is it true they painted the siding rather than replaced it? This could be a problem.

This home has been completely remodeld, the siding has NOT been painted but replaced. The interior walls, garage and drivewayt have been painted

I love you and your videos and want you to continue to grow!! Please invest in a gimbal and lighting - nausea is real and dark rooms make properties look dingy, old, worn out and cramped. The remodel inside and out looks good - the color and tone of the flooring looks dated in spite of being new and don’t go well with the paint colors chosen or the granite. -The shutters should have been left off- they are minuscule in comparison to the size of the windows and looks silly and like they “cheaped out” and looks “old fashioned”.

Do any of the kitchens in the villages have luxury appliances? The microwave over the oven kills me. I would prefer a real exhaust fan that exhaust to the outside. Also prefer a 36 inch or larger stove.

Yes some of the larger homes have a hood etc. Not many I am afraid

Very few homes in The Villages have true chef's kitchens with high end wide frame stoves with show piece exhaust fans. Some do in the Premier homes. People in the Villages must eat out alot. I know we do when we're there.

We do not ge the brunt of a storm like the coast so frame is not that big of a deal. With that said Block and Stucco will cost $30,000 more

Was sold in January for 290k had some home depot materials installed and now asking for over market value . It’s house flippers like this who over inflate the market

New roof, hvac, hot water heater, completed redone bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, paing, flooring, base boards, remove a tree, repair sidewalk...sorry but $419,900 is a good price for that home, updates and size. You should see what the home looked like when he made the purchase

That’s the style of home today. Big open spaces. With furniture you won’t have an echo chamber. But smaller rooms are a thing of the past.

No walls to hang your treasured paintings or whatever. They do because it’s cheaper and quicker and, like you, I am not a fan. I’ve moved around a lot in my life and I can say, townhouses and apartments have been open concept for decades.
