For anyone looking to improve their running time, whether that's in your 5km runs, 10kms runs, half marathons or even a full marathon look no further!! This is the PERFECT HOME WORKOUT to improve your running times without having to step a foot outside and actual running and believe me, incorporating this workout into your training will have a dramatic effect on improving your run times.
The reason this workout is so effective at improving your running, as well as your stamina and cardio is because it is the very same type of workout we would use when I was preparing to hit peak fitness before the rugby world cups. In any given World Cup match I could run upwards of 11km. So being as fit as possible was vital.
That's why throughout our training camps we would incorporate workouts just like this that were short yet very intense. That way it limited the stress and wear and tear on our body while quickly improving cardio and fitness.

I guess this kinda help me with my running at school. Before this, I did 1.5 miles in 18 minutes. I started this workout during winter and now its almost summer, I got 15 minutes for my 1.5 miles. I guess it is not impressive but I did not go to gym or anything, this workout this the only stuff I did at home everyday to improve my running. Thank you

This has helped me so much during summer I did 2 miles in 26 minutes I’ve been doing this for 5 months now now it’s winter I do 2 miles in 13 minutes or even 12 I have seen so much progress thank you so much.

Perfect timing! Leaving for USMC bootcamp Monday and we get quarantined in a hotel for 2 weeks so need room workouts

I’m in track and since the pandemic we have to wear masks so I’m really trying to get my stamina up so I can run longer with a mask

20 sec high knees mountain climbers 20 seconds jog in place 20 seconds squat or squat jumps 20 seconds speed squats 20 jog 20 seconds 40 second jumping jacks jog 20 seconds again knee or full range pushups 20 seconds 20 second push up hold jog in place 20 seconds if ur new to working out I like I am i suggest just repeating these steps 2 to 4 times

I don't think anyone should repeat the whole exercise, especially those new ones! This is HIIT which means HIGH-INTENSITY interval training. Doing this multiple times is not productive, because you need to do each exercise in 6 to 12 minutes in maximum effort (for 20 to 40 seconds) fast as you can. If you are more advanced, maybe slow down the video and do each exercise for 40 seconds instead of 20, but only if you can really sustain the maximum effort/speed of your movement! If you want to build endurance, then do this exercise slower, longer, and without any pause between the excercises, but this is a workout for a different purpose.
