Dr James Smith would actually be an excellent asset for destitute people who have health concerns. It is very sad to see any person struggling, homeless, destitute and in need but so amazing to meet such a diversity of people with so many different skills and abilities. John, I love the way you engage with people you meet and we see how interesting they are in their own right. Being in a difficult place does not change who they are as people. This made me cry as usual.

when i was growing up in Guyana I thought we had one doc on the whole coast where we lived. We go to him whenever we were sick and he would mix this concoction and give it to us and we would get better almost right away. It turns out he was a chemist and we called him Doc Jo. The sweetest man ever and i was happy when i was sick because i loved the taste of his medicine.😀
