Probably not completely. Maybe they could build more section 8 housing and add security officers with it. A lot of homeless people don’t like shelters, they get assaulted and their stuff gets stolen.

The world has changed. We don't have good mental health programs, and the violent mentally ill, r fending for themselves, on the street. We have more poor folks in the US now, with mass immigration, and a global homeless crisis. We have a drug addicted Society everywhere, and we dont address, The deep rooted reasons , y people end up on the st.

This is a sad thing to see in a country that claims to be the richest and most powerful in the world Instead of igniting wars in the world and spending hundreds of billions of dollars on something useless Spend a little money on these poor people, treat them and provide them with jobs and housing, they are still very young
