I remember the days when it was homeless asking for money and food and now it's junkies asking for money and food also.

I've just one question; is it really so hard for U.S. to create a business model(s) that consist of homeless workers? -They will rehabilite these people first, -Make them work for the business, -Eliminate problematic workers by replacing new ones or healty ones, -Keep the gear turning on this loop.

I firmly believe 3/4 of our homeless population suffers from a mental illness. We can do so much better for our own, and get a robust mental health system. This country would be so much better

My heart aches to see what state these sons, these beautiful daughters are in. I imagine the terrible pain of the parents, let's hope they can get them out of the hell they're living in. They should all be taken, all en masse, to a drug rehabilitation center. It is a cost for society, solidarity and love for one's neighbor imposes it on us. May GOD help these children and their parents.

This video opened with the dance of the macabre, even the music matched her performance! Tragic and heartrending to see young ladies vulnerable on the streets.

I can't help noticing the 3rd woman (girl) in this video. I think she was in an earlier video as well. At that time, she was demonstrating a severe limp with an inwardly turning left foot. Here, she now has that foot in a sock and no shoe on it and she is using crutches, although they are not the correct size for her. She has the non-confrontational demeanor down pretty well--she's there and appears to just be hoping for assistance. The location seems to be close to exit 208 on a ramp from a freeway. My point---a local person probably recognizes where this is. That girl needs to be picked up by someone who cares, and I would be willing to help out with any needs that might arise. She does not appear to be strung out on drugs, she appears to be without any situation at all and would perhaps welcome some help. If I were in that area, I'd be down there asap. If there is any response to this, I'd be ready to talk. There is a great need there with all of those folks.

Es muy triste que en la vida, por perder el trabajo o por tener una mala racha, puedas acabar en la calle sin nadie que te ampare.Me impresiona la chica joven con muletas, a un paso de empeorar su situación y caer en drogas, prostitución...En España, desde donde escribo, hay tambien problemas de marginación social y pobreza, pero al menos en la zona en la que yo vivo, no llegamos a esos extremos de tanta gente viviendo en la calle. Creo que Estados Unidos tiene un serio problema con este tema. Recientemente, mi jefe estuvo de vacaciones en New York y una de las cosas que más le sorprendió fué la cantidad de gente viviendo en la calle.No se lo imaginaba así. Un saludo a todos.

this beautiful daughter, instead of staying at home with her cared for and loved parents, has a problem in her left leg and is forced to be on crutches in the street to ask motorists for an offer at the traffic light....... It's atrocious!

These people have signs that say hungry please help. I've offered to buy them a meal and they refused because they only want the money, more than likely for drugs and not food. If you look at most of them they're so skinny they could hide behind a stop sign. A big sign of doing drugs.

I HIGHLY doubt the girl on crutches is really injured. She does pretty well at getting around on them...LOL! You'll never convince me that she can't get a job and work for a living.

How many homeless shows are thier.as long as theres money to make . One pops up every week.these shows dont do nothing to help them. Telling them to go rehab detox dont u think they heard this a 100 times before
