Excellent build. I would add triangular grommets to the corners of the front suspension supports just for a little more resistance to counter the potential of forward bending. Great video and great building skills.

Has diseñado y construido un gran patinete de 200cc y el material utilizado muy resistente pero será muy pesado y no podrá alcanzar mucha velocidad pero eh respeto tu trabajo que está muy bien elaborado

Good gob but your mig is not set up right. Hear the popping and starting and stopping. Not enough heat for the feed. Turn up heat or down on feed. Thin stuff down on feed thick 1/4 or thick up the voltage. Much love. Super cool project. God bless.

A bit agricultural and a number of weak flex points i.e shock top mount points bracket. But good effort. What clutch arrangment do you have on the engine drive output?

Mount 300cc motorcycle engine. Heavy chain, 5 speed gears. That is the combination you want. Might extend length of scooter a little. Awesome my friend!

No, the engine isnt getting nearly enough gas to power the bike, and it appears to have some kind of rpm limitator to remove if he wants it to go a bit faster, this doesnt get up in revs

Your break disc's touch the ground when you turn. I think that's gonna get you. Especially because these are flat tires that are only meant to take the load on their flat face. Not on the edges, so they will squish more when you turn because there is less of contact are supporting them. Scooters and bikes all use tires with rounded treads, not flat ones. This is so that they can have traction when they turn. They also squish the same when turning. In the beginning you rejected some round wheels. They likely would have worked better for this.
