Homemade 5 Minutes Recipe - Potato Cutlets

Take one bowl of potatoes....if u have big ones u can take 3...for smaller potatoes u can take 5
the dip is egg with some parsley and black pepper.

If you do not want to use egg, you can make a batter. Equal amount of - All purpose flour, rice flour, cornflour, water. Thin consistency.

@@saikabegum3877 put them in the fridge and be gentle when handling them. The potatoe mix should be thick. Sometimes I add flour to mine to firm it up.

@@saikabegum3877 add finely curshed bread in d dough. Bread binds d tikki n it will nt break in oil pan. U can also deep fridge d balls fr 15 min bfr fryng thm
