Milano Cookies Recipe:
► 225 grams of Butter
► 260 grams of Sugar
► 1 teaspoon Vanilla
► 2 X Large eggs (or 4 small eggs)
► 320 grams of Flour
► 200 grams of Melted Dark Chocolate or Semisweet Chocolate
Easy step-by-step Directions:
In a mixing bowl put the room temperature butter and sugar and cream for 3 to 5 minutes, then add the vanilla and eggs and whip again. Last, add the flour.
Put the dough in a piping bag and if you are in a very hot place like here in Egypt, put the dough in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes before piping it into straight lines.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are golden brown on the bottom.
Melt your favorite chocolate and put in between 2 cookies.

I don't know if you have ever had a Pepperidge Farm Milano cookie but these are definitely the best I love them with Dark chocolate but Milk chocolate are also amazin! And this is an easy and quick recipe to follow.
