1 liter of milk. Heat milk, but do not boil. Then remove the milk from the stove. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar 9%. stir constantly. A clot began to form. The serum also separated well. This method produce just a small amount of Mozzarella chease out of a galon milk while there are other tutorials that produce larger amount of Mozzarella chease. But this one is way simple and easy to fillow along. Thanks

Hello, can you tell me please what kind of milk did you use, simple pasteurized or ultra pasteurizied? I used to make mozzarella with renet from simple pasteurized milk but lately all I can buy is ultra pasteurized and the renet doesn't work. If this method works with the ultra kind, I can make mozzarella again and you are a saviour!

I heard that it's better to use raw or simple pasteurized milk. I used UHT store bought milk with lemon juice and it still worked!
