Basil Pesto Recipe:
2 c. basil leaves washed
2 garlic cloves
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
salt
pepper
(I mixed this all up in the blender, but then added more garlic and salt and pepper. So use this as a jumping off point.)
Chai Recipe:
Steep a chai tea bag in 6 oz. of water for 3 minutes. Chill ahead of time if possible.
Then add:
1/4 c. cold brew, espresso, or strong brewed coffee
6 oz. milk
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 c. iced coffee cubes
to blender. Blend then top with whipped topping and cinnamon.
This is just a general recipe. Customize and change to your own liking!!!
