Wonderful *tailgate* really need this for every hatchback for time being. In congested or for small height people closing the bulky tailgate is struggle.

Waited so loooooong for this review...btw it's 89bhp and not 86...i own a 2016 S MT model.... fantastic driveability...easy to glide through narrow and busy city Streets...ground clearance and suspension could have been better definitely but it does deliver on most important aspects...superb steering a brilliant engine (I've touched 150+ without batting an eyelid)...mileage machine (18-19kmpl in city) quite spacious interior for such a small car...sound system is pretty good infact. Downside - boot space, built quality (rusting issues), ground clearance Moral of the story...it's a pocket rocket 🚀😎😎

I owned one...not a good city car...you need to change gears too often....and you get really annoyed with 3 colored dashboard, trust me I sold it because of it, that stupid glovebox color kills it.The only good thing was after 4000rpm it goes 🚀 and precise steering.......P.S I purchased swift after brio so I do liked brio steering....and one more thing the AC Condenser makes such loud sound😵

Honda Brio was my first car , Watta car pocket rocket 🚀 this car is a gem , very smooth engine after all it has the best engine IVTECH and the power is better than many latest hatchbacks ! Great mileage too , I used to get 15-18kmpl in cities and 20+ in highways .Upgraded to HONDA city and now I can say IAM now a big big fan of Honda can’t get over the IVTECH thing !

Brio was made for Thailand and Indonesia type markets. Cost cutting was done on indian model only and that's why it felt bare bones. It's also much safer by todays standards and shares bits with The Jazz which is also a much more premium and safer vehicle made to international standard. People bought cheaper Maruti and that's not a honda problem lol. They launched amaze which is developed for poor countrys and is cheaper than a Brio Hatchback lol.
