Nice video sir,however if i may suggest that i have found when fitting the top stripes it is more accurate to lay a 2mm fine line tape down from the top ridge of the tank,then spend 10 minutes trimming back the carrier tape to about a 1mm of the decal,that way it's giving you a more accurate positioning of the stripe. Because you have put down the fine line tape first you can but up the stripe against it,that then gives you a 2mm spacing to the ridge of the tank,sadly doing it your way gives a meandering gold stripe that just looks a little odd.nos tanks always had a 2mm red spacing before the gold part of the stripe.

Outstanding job with those stripes. It end up perfect 👍. The paint is satin like that and it will shine with the clear coat? It's like that because you sand it down?
