Had the exact same issue a couple of weeks ago on my 450, tried to clean the carb as best I could but ended up buying a new carb for £60, also put in an inline fuel filter, cleaned the fuel tank, changed oil and filters and she is running perfectly

Hi i have a honda foreman 500 2011 manual shift, when the quad warms up it bogs when you give it full throttle. It doesn't die or nothing just sits there and splutters. Only when it's warmed up. Any suggestions?!

Hi do you know if this model still needs the battery power to start by pull cord or does it not need any power from battery at all to start??

You'll be able to pull start it with virtually no power in the battery. It should run with no issues, although you are really taxing your stator at this point. What was the hose with the one way valve on the bottom of the carb and where dose it go ?
