Had this exhaust on my 500! Sounds even better in person. Gets some nice pops and burbles on shifts and decel. For any looking to buy one leave the baffle in it. It gets very loud without the baffle

Seen a bunch of Rebels with these pipes now, they sound very good and built well, any wonder they are become so popular, high end quality and not expensive at all.

I got a rebel 500 for my girl, I am thinking of buying one of these, leaving the baffle on, but removing the CAT, that is hat is restricting the motor, not the muffler. Once completed I'll post a before and after. Thanks for the video.

The tab on the exhaust goes behind the mount, you'll find it's a much smaller gap and looks better because it doesn't stick out far.

No baffell, absolutely....sounds good, yes, a nice growl.

I'd just install a short turn down pipe where the muffler was. The cat. converter will act as the muffler and appears to be quiet enough. Why pay the kind of money and then take the baffle out and run with a straight pipe? Bright move.
