Awesome! It makes a huge difference! I've been wanting to switch out the stock exhaust on my little customized Rebel but I wasn't sure it was worth the bucks. This proves otherwise! Thanks

Very nice thanks for posting this up, I've been between this exhaust and the Jardine Exhaust. I have a K&N air filter and a Barnett clutch kit already so I'm looking to do this mod and a few others...... Keep riding nice rebel

did you have to adjust the carb for this exhaust or did it work just fine with standard carb tuning?

I didn't rejet the carb. I do live in a pretty warm climate, it is a little unhappy in the cold but I think that is just rebels in general.

Living in the UK with my Rebel 125, absolutely despises the cold, wont start unless you choke and rev a little even then you have to run with a half choke for a few mins untill it wakes up. Like a child no wanting to go to school! Awesome vid btw.
