Honey Glazed Halloumi - Cooking With Ayeh

Күн бұрынHalloumi is quite a salty cheese so the combination of adding sweet sticky honey and the acidity of lemon juice is like a flavour bomb in your mouth with every bite!
This is a super easy recipe to make with only 5 ingredients, not to mention it looks amazing so it’s one that will impress every time!
INGREDIENTS
600 g halloumi cheese
5 tbsp honey
1 medium lemon
4 sprigs thyme
2-3 tbsp olive oil

In the northeast of Brasil we eat a cheese called coalho cheese that is very similar to this, idk IF is the same but is ver good

Middle eastern cheese. I saw it in Turkey and Cyprus, she's Persian though and maybe it can be found also in Iran...
