Nat, I can't watch enough of this guy's sessions. In my opinion, especially for a super, he has some of the best technique I've seen. His timing is impeccable. Thanks for the video!

It's so easy to forget how heavy the weights are that he warms up with because he throws them around like an empty bar.

yeah those muscle snatches are just insane. I can barely deadlift that of which Lasha just throws around in the muscle snatch, as if it were an empty bar, as you said. Amazing.

I cant answer for him but it would likely be the combination of explosiveness, balance and overall coordination required to perform lifts like the clean and jerk/snatch, especially with heavy weight
