He played no Theis, who was huge for us in stretches during the regular season. With Russ coming off the bench, he couldve made him play the point, while allowing harden to take a rest from bringing the ball up every possession, and as a superior shooter, could easily spot up in the corner. Instead he made Harden bring the ball up every fking possession, exhausting him, while leaving Russ who's a bad shooter, just sitting in the corner in the spot up position. If Ty Lue couldn't even see that, he's just not a good coach, or the NBA's just rigged and they were not supposed to win this year.

I believe that Ty is a good coach. I have many reasons to believe that the NBA is rigged. I've been watching NBA games since tv screens were black & white and this is the worst it could get. It's obvious that younger players are put in the spotlight right now. They are pushing them to find a new face because LBJ is close to his retirement. Why are all of the older experienced players out of the playoffs so early? This is just food for thought, because I am not sure about it.

@upfulsoul826 Take away Russ and Kawhi getting injured in the regular season, and they would've been 3rd seed or higher. There's no they "might have" in it. They WOULD'VE beat the Suns. The way Russ gave them hell last series by himself, with just Kawhi or PG this series, they would've gave the Suns the business. Especially since Suns are worse this season than last season. That's who I wanted the Clips to play this postseason. A revenge series would've been so exciting to watch. Very disappointing 😞

Pg and harden were terrible but it’s because floor wasn’t space at all due to zu and Westbrook yes zu was averaging 16 10 this series but when he’s giving up constant offensive rebounds and getting attacked on defense constantly that becomes a problem pg and harden had to take tough shots all game due to that so idk

Harden was good the first 4 games and actually wasn’t that bad today. Pg was just a huge disappointment and Westbrook should never have played, he shot 8/45 in the series overall. The offensive rebounds were a problem but imagine how much worse it would have been if they went to Lue’s small ball lineups

Load management is not the answer. It only helps Leonard. This moment is what you are working for. No excuses. We got beat coaching wise and players did not maximize their potentials. Yes we ran out of gas. Our shots were not falling from the start. We need every to be locked in. We get frustrated to easily and then we give out. You have to fight every game and the whole 40 minutes. I know one thing for as deep as the bench is we did not use the bench. Moving forward forget about Leonard. If he show up he shows up. If he don’t no pressure. You guys owe Balmer a chip! He looks like a good owner so please pay homage. Thank you Zubac and T. Mann for your hard work. Love you forever. Thank you Hardin. This was a poor coaching job. Turned Rus into a 3 and dee player. PG thinks he's Jordan and doesn't even think of passing. He took several bad shots with a hand in his face and got blocked several times. There was no ball movement at all. I hope Rus leaves. Kawhi does need to be load managed to give him a shot of being healthy in the playoffs but you also need to load manage his max money. It's criminal Kyrie is not on the US Olympic team. He hustles on dee nowadays. The deep three he made in this game was impressive. He was definitely the best player in this series.

Russ is ball dominant but isn't consistent enough to be ball dominant. Russ doesn't have a real offense game, he depended on athleticism his whole career now that it's gone he's really exposed

@@H20X That's really what the problem was right there. Theis has already proven in the regular season that he is much more effective on the court than Zubac, but you sit him. Russ was playing great playing point guard during the regular season, and a good reason they were winning. Here comes the series and after Game 1, Lue tries to turn Russ into Ray Allen, when you know that's not what he does 🤦🏾‍♀️ when your starters are slacking, you utilize your other players. They cooked The Mavs in 2 games without Kawhi, so obviously they were capable of winning. Lue is definitely partly responsible for this failure of a series.

As much as I want to point out ALL the mistakes Ty Lue made through the whole season....it all comes down to the players.... I've been hawking all year about the 5 problems that would send the Clippers to a first round exit....and those 5 problems were NEVER fixed....and all 5 of those problems were adamant in last night's game. The Clippers NEVER "got better".... you can't blame Kawhi for getting hurt... all you can ask is when a player is available...he is dependable on the court. That Kawhi IS..... That PG, James and Russ ARE NOT.

Time for a Clippers overhaul. Either PG or Tmann needs to go (I think it's PG). Zu needs to go or be the backup center (don't be fooled by his statline. The Mavs had 11 off rebounds by the 2nd qtr for a reason). Plumlee needs to go. Either Tucker or Westbrook needs to go (Kobe Brown did Tucker's job better, so I think it's Tucker). They already gave Kawhi a max but they can't rebuild around him because he can't stay healthy. They need a legit power forward.

You sound ridiculous. One player can't mess up a whole series. Russ barely played. He was terrible offensively after Game 1, but he was great defensively until after Game 3 when he got ejected. Did you even watch? The stars are supposed to step up more. PG played terrible half the series. Harden disappeared in Game 5 and 6. Ty Lue had no business trying to make Russ a spot up shooter. He should've used other players as well.

LoL...casual fans pooping on their players and team because they dont understand basketball. It was obvious and Tye confirmed it by saying PG, Zu, and Harden had to play 22 minutes in the first half. Of course they're going to run out of gas, just look at how much these guys had to play at the end of the season. What did you expect?? This issue is a roster issue that was created by management. Zu, Pg, and Harden had to play so much because you have bad depth behind them. You saw that you cannot play Plumlee, you cannot play Westbrook, and who are you going to send in behind PG? Bad and not enough roster moves hurt this team. The guys who weren't on the floor didnt get on the floor because you could not play them against Dallas. Dallas had better depth than the Clippers, Dallas's depth contributed more than the Clippers depth. When you can't sub zu out for Plumlee, Westbrook for Harden, or anyone for PG, thats your series. Please dont say any of the young guys, there's a reason why bones didnt play. Stop pooping on your players and team man, appreciate these guys why you have them.
