Just want to come and say: thank you! I watched this video today. I did everything except for cleaning the filters due to me watching the video late at night. My vacuum’s suction is restored and is picking up the dirt and trash. I forgot how the suction felt! Thanks man!

I've used mine daily for about 18 months. I was cleaning it today and cracked the hose. I can't find anything anywhere online about how to replace the hose. I've been waiting for a return call from Hoover. Do you know how to take apart the body to replace the hose? Thanks. Loved this video!

I have 2 of these at a my home. I was the builder in 1998. I had a Model 960 Vacuflow central vacuum installed. I has 2 motors and can operate 2 vacuum wands at a time. But what do is used are these Hoover Onepwr evolve cordless units. Thats the good news. But I need a grey plastic brush roller retainer which fits on the end to hold it in. Hoover is out of stock, anyone know where I can get one new or used?

The clip that locks the hose into the base broke on my machine. Is the hose able to be removed and replaced?

Our lower hose cracked in multiple places close to where the clip is. We called Hoover and they don’t have a replacement hose so they are sending us a new one under warranty.

I have been checking out this Hoover and hadn't fully decided to make the purchase but think I might just get this model. Was also wondering how you felt about just vacuuming the filters with a good canister vac as opposed to washing them each time? Maybe doing that on a regular basis and washing them every 6 months or so? What would be your opinion on that? As already mentioned, bagless vacs require alot of maintenance.. But Thanks for another great video.

That's an excellent option for maintenance! You'll probably still want to wash it a little bit more frequently than every six months.

I've purchased 3: one for home, one for garage, and one for my daughter. Two purchases came with two batteries. All are performing above expectations on carpet and bare floors (tile, hardwood, and concrete in garage). I wash out the dust collector (home usage) once every 2 months. Thanks for showing how to disconnect hose. I was afraid I would break it by pushing on it - it does take a strong push to unsnap the hose for cleaning. You can hear the snap when you release the hose and when you re-attach it. I like the OnePWR convenience of no cord to manage, its external battery, and how easy it is to switch from carpet to bare floor. I've replaced the internal batteries in an Electrolux Stick Vacuum and don't want to do that again.

I had my brush not turn after I removed a noisy paperclip. I fiddled around thinking the vacuum was broken before discovering the brush doesn't turn if it is standing upright. The brush only spins when the handle is bend backward in normal usage operation.

On that Super 77 step, have you tried wearing a pair of disposable nitrile gloves, spraying some on your gloves and running it around the gasket and then pressing the gasket into place? I have obtained an Evolve to clean that is absolutely disgusting.

There is no belt. Call Hoover customer service and have them repair it

My brush isn’t working either. I contacted Hoover and sent them the info , they are sending a new one. Had to send them receipt for claim. There’s a 3year warranty on this model.

Unfortunately, this vacuum seems to have two major issues, the hose from the head to the body will crack and the power and mode buttons will fail. Ours lasted two years, which seems to be the norm for Hoover cordless vacs. I have three dead Linx in my basement, they have other issues.

Just took mine apart and I noticed you didn’t replace the inner gasket. I almost forgot myself and I couldn’t remember where it went.

9:56 i actualy went to a vacuum shop asked if he had a ag gasket for old eureka , then when he looked came back and i asked for sanitare he questioned me , asked " i thought wanted a part for a sanitare?..." wow they are the same dingus! then he said just use glue or whatever i wasn't impressed with the guy/place.
