This week Tyler of ‪@HooviesGarage‬ takes a look at a third generation Toyota Prius. Watch and find out what made the Prius such a hit and why it was so much more reliable than the competition.
A big thanks to Tyler for helping out! Be sure to check out his channel and of course, like, comment, and subscribe to this channel, every view helps!

If every car guy on KZfaq would do one video at their local junkyard and send to Steve he would have plenty of time to recover and still have income. It might also help them get new viewers. Step up guys.

Someone around here had one of the ones where they just went ahead and made a little wagon version, that was the first one that really met my threshhold of 'Potentially useful for me under some circumstance or other.' This channel just got another subscriber because of Tyler Hoover. In 1971, Chrysler was the first auto maker to provide 4-wheel anti- lock brakes and called it "sure brake. " In 1969, Ford offered anti-lock brakes for the rear wheels only on Lincoln. Similar to Ford, GM offered anti-lock brakes in 1971 for the rear wheels only also. It was available on Cadillacs and Olds Toro only. It was called "track master." Thanks Hoovie for your generosity and support of other you tubers. You really are a hero and an example to everyone.

Thanks, Hoovie, for filling in for Steve and keeping up the attention to his channel. What blows my mind in this video is having a 2010 Prius discarded in a junk yard! Yes, they're 'just a car' and they get 'totaled' , too, but - really - it seems WEIRD to see a Prius in a junk yard surrounded by cars 20 years older.

While I watched your content prior to this, I didn't really think much of you (not in a negative way, just didn't really think much of you - but enjoyed your content). This? This shows character. It shows strong and good character, to be clear. I won't say that I'm on a first name basis with Steve, but I've seen him enough times that he might at least recognize me as someone he has met before.
