I'd like to see - and hear - how equestrians (in any area of riding/competing) keep themselves fit and what diets (food and drink) they follow to keep themselves in the best shape for them and the ponies/horses they ride? Also ~ what weight can horse and ponies carry - for beginners and people returning to riding in their senior years - say 60 plus? What does it take to get you from couch to safely/happily riding again?

Thank you for the update, I would love to know more about how long a daily training session is, how you vary it and how you prepare the horse for a show, training wise.

I'm sorry I don't know who you are in the equestrian world. But, your video you have done well and is very informative of your horses , your caretaker techniques and what your barn us all about. Indeed , your property is serenely beautiful with lots of wonderful vistas of open pasture land. You seem very humble as well as your horses are happy, healthy and relaxed in their surroundings. Your very fortunate to have the priveledge to have what you have and you seem quite intelligent in your knowledge in knowing and understanding of your blessings. Your attitude is quite positive , refreshing and uplifting to others . Much success in your training and riding achievements. Your horses are lovely and are incredibly calm.. Cheers.

Ya but she injured herself and now she won't be ridden. Last time I heard they didn't even want to use her as a broodmare. I don't understand that, Barbie is absolutely a gorgeous horse.

@@ethanrinehart1288 Ya I know right! How often do you get a beautiful palomino thoroughbred. There aren't too many of those on earth. Most palomino's are of quarter horses, morgans, Tennessee walkers, but not thoroughbreds. Barbie is definitely special and I love her disposition. Good attitude.

Everything was fine until you show separate foals from there mom’s “👏!Exelent!👏That show that you do not understand horses! I always say others: you have to see and feel with horses eyes, not the humans! It’s very sad for foals becouse, Imagine Someday does foals grow up you want this horses have foal They do not feel comfortable with their foals In mentality of your “now foals” horses was that: be a round foals is bad. You will lucky if that horses not see in you the enemy who separate them from mom’s. You people tech horses in young ages what? Nothing! You teach your horses bad manners.! You now thing “ I have strong hands, I will tech them all...” you don’t have does 🙌! Why you people separate foals !in young ages! ???! Foals is baby, baby is baby baby and mom have to live together!! What you expect baby will give you!? Its blows my mind when I see separates foals from mom’s!! Learn more that: separated them in young ages you teach them bad manners and Leaving with mom’s you tech that horses are only good teachers for horses! Good luck 👍

You do realise mothers will naturally wean their foals at this age? They will quite literally push them away and be aggressive towards them, it's common practice to wean foals at this age and then turn them away with other foals/yearlings to quite simply grow up and have fun. Sometimes they also have an older horse with them, but they have fun playing and maturing into the horses they are. 😅
