Your music absolutely riveted me. It takes me back to a time in my life in Kenya. I had just completed a 100 mile trek through the northern desert with some Rendile guides. At Lake Turkana, the end of our journey, we set up a camp and sat by the fire when five Samburu warriors on their walk-about like journey joined us. At one point, these young men stood around and behind us and began chanting in rhythmic cadences that literally made my hair stand-up and left my body in waves of shivers. I’d never had music reach in and affect me so deeply and personally. Your music too opens up doors into the emotional body that is hard to find in today’s world. Without even understanding the language it makes me start imagining a story. It makes me feel and start asking questions. It also gives me hope and awe that humans are capable of such magic. If there was ever an argument about multiculturalism, you, sir, should be one of its ambassadors. In short, a “BRAVO” is well deserved.

What more could I possibly add to the many compliments already in "comments"....but I will attempt to say something everyone else seems to feel. Now i am 65 years old...yeah...lived through Beatles, Rolling Stones & everyone else in between. Like some but didn't like others, just like everyone else. We had our favourites. From all of the classics & modern , jazz .....I can't list what I have listened to for...let's say 60 years....but out of it all....opera, that can make me cry & move mountains. Out of all I have heard in my life, to me, there are a few tunes or songs that go in through the ears & somehow emerge from your boots. Something that get's inside you....& you can't explain what it is... but this is up there amongst the best of the best for me. This year, 2021, my Dad died, his best friend died... then my best friend of 35 years passed away but when I listen to this magical sound, it holds a mourning aspect but also lifts the spirit...if anyone can make sense of that.. It is brilliant...absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Don't thank me, because I have done nothing...whereas you have created magical music. Have you ever heard "Gortoz a Ran" (it's available on KZfaq).....& I have been listening to it for 20 years & never get tired of it. It may seem strange to you but both your "River" & "Gortoz...." are in languages I don't know...& in some strange way....I don't need to know what the words are.....I can make my own interpretation of your words but they never reach a point where they are words in my language.....they only ever come to me as feelings....deep inside my bones.

Just one more comment....I am in NW Florida...& "River" has been sent more than 10,000 miles to family & friends... and everyone loves it. Forgive me but I must be honest. When I sent your music to others, I just said "you have never heard anything like this in your life"....& everyone was amazed by voice & choice of instrument....beautiful..brilliant & magical.......

There's something mathematical, physical, metaphysical, fractal and deeply shamanic about your music. It clearly comes from a time before written records..
