-2 tbsp oil
-1 tbsp lasoon paste
-1 tsp Hari mirchi paste
-1/2 cup soaked and grind ponk paste
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 chopped onion
-3 tsp sugar powder
-2 tbsp green chutney
-1.5 cup soaked and sieve ponk
-1 tsp chat masala
-pinch black salt
-salt to taste
Other ingredients for toppings:
-1/2 cucumber chopped
-1 small tomato chopped
-2 tbsp cabbage chopped
-1 tbsp desiccated coconut
-1 to 2 tbsp roasted and chopped peanuts
-2 tbsp fried masala chana dal
-besan/bhujiya sev
-Hara dhaniya chopped
-1 tbsp green onion chopped
-1 to 2 tbsp pomegranate
-some roasted cashew chopped
