Lonewolf, this is an old mountain bike hack for riding in cold weather. Use latex gloves under your warm gloves, you hands will stay warm even if the outer gloves are wet. If you need dexterity, take off the outer gloves and your hands will still be warm, do the job, then put the outer gloves back on. Trust me, it works!

Another good camp for you with all that snow must be quiet in woods with most animals hunkered down, love looking at snow when I'm not out in it; I could sit by fire and watch outdoors all day watching for squirrels and birds

I just purchased a white duck regatta 13’/4m bell tent very excited to go hot tenting again. Lone Wolf has inspired me to get out and winter camp. It is addicting. My tent will be heavy and need to be pulled in with all my gear on a slay or something but I will have my dogs and my son with me so I need the room.
