We don't suppress the flesh! Too many Charismatics fail because they don't understand what Christ accomplished on the cross and through His resurrection. Holiness is learning to immitate Christ through the Spirit, through Faith--you need to believe that you can become more like Christ, not through our own efforts but because of Christ in us, the hope of glory. Our job is to yield to Christ and embrace trials and correction and His grace to learn and be changed to a point where you truly desire to be like your master. God initiates and we yield and the Holy Spirit is faithful to purify. He gets all the glory!

There is no current biblical "prophetic movement." If people would read the Bible for themselves and do what it says in context, eyes would be opened to the false so called prophets

4:49,I'm new to this but you should care even with me being new to your channel already paints a bad picture of prideful puffing up, so it seems . Please, no more assumptions that are affirmed by an"I believe" comment. You believing is not the same holy scripture giving direct instruction. Mike bickle used the same tactic. While veering into abusing the text for selfish gain. (2 Timothy 3:16-17) 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be equipped, having been thoroughly equipped for every good work.

What events in the earth do you think are judgements from God? I was very surprised bu that statement. I see a lot of consequences from societal choices, but i don't see anything as God's judgement.

The only foundation doctrine IHOP had correct was....POST TRIB RAPTURE AND 1000 year reign. They have that pretty much accurate. But like this guy said it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find a post trib teaching Church.

I've heard so many people use that word dispensationalism and I have no idea what y'all are talking about and if I wanted to listen here to figure it out I can't get past some of the weirdness that you're spouting out before you even get to it

I have never seen the prayer movement as one that is more concerned about the last days than others and I have no idea where you get that. The main difference between the prayer movement and other sects of Christianity is that they believe that the supernatural arm of the Lord is what will make the change that we need so they take the time out to make room for that. That concept is so foundational that it's impossible to fault it. This is not the first video I've seen where you have tried to use the fall of some within that organization to criticize the movement when the movement has nothing to do with it. God made it known to me back in the early years of the pandemic that it was going to happen to the entire church so it's not just going to be that particular branch of it and if you ask me it makes sense that he would start with the ones that are closest to him.

@LanceA72 my second reply kind of dives into it. I grew up in pentecostal and nondenominational charismatic churches. I've never known anything else. To be honest, when I hear others from other denominations speak about us in third person it's always kind of strange. Most of the time it shows a complete lack of exposure on their parts for the typical example, but then you have those who break out long and ominous theological words and it just obscures the entire conversation. Listen, if you got it from God and not from man, I seriously doubt he taught you to use those words. Just saying. It always seems to give off the impression of puffing up knowledge instead of true meeting of Berean minds to know what God has already revealed to us. It's not like we're dealing with apostasy where one group can't claim any experience with the Holy Spirit.

@LanceA72 but honestly the more that I sit and listen to these conversations the more I realize that there are many who believe they have the baptism of the Holy Spirit but do not. They have him in their life and truly are being invited to receive it. But you can tell by the way they talk it ain't happened yet. But try telling them that! They won't receive it so it won't do them any good. The easiest way I know to approach it is to point out to everyone that it's impossible to have received it and not know it.

What do you think it means for a nation to turn to God? That most of the people get saved? Or that the government adopts Christianity? I don't think God deals with nation/states today like he did in the OT. Back then it was basically God-chosen Israel vs every other nation. Today, the gospel has gone out to every nation, and your relationship with God is not tied to a national identity.
