Basically every vassal in this mod at start has title revocation protection. The vassals created after game has started don't automatically get this protection. The mod developers feel revoking titles should be rare and impactful, so they added this measurement. Tho it's mostly only applied to stop AI from revoking; because as a player we could do what you did 😅 just change the contract and then revoke.

Have you thought of saving a filter for giving out titles that filters on "Reyne Dynasty", "Is Adult", and "Is Not a Ruler" that way you can spread titles to adult Reynes without making anyone too powerful.

I used to use filters but a few months back any filters I made when playing AGOT would grey out and be unremovable in other mods/base game so I stopped

I will test again over the weekend in case something changed, but It was a little annoying having so many filters in my list which I couldn't select haha

Is the fool court position is the Jester position? Also Athena is going to be a great character I can feel it too bad she can't stay your heir but you do need a steward to build castamere after you conquered the westerlands
