I think you should make Dylan your castellan, he has pretty good stats overall. Plus his family, and Reynes should stick together like a pride of lions

@@JBDGaming Fire & Blood is interesting but it's not as gripping as the main series or the Dunk & Egg novellas, because it's written as a historical text from the perspective of Maesters telling stories instead of directly from the character's POVs. I can't recommend reading the main series enough, it's so much better than the show it can't even be put into words.

OK, so I definitely found the code that was doing this, as I was able to modify to whatever percentage I wanted. So, there are no modifiers. The chance is static and it is 83% County, 17% Duchy. NOTHING modifies this. I went ahead and updated COW-AGOT with a few changes for anyone using the submod: 1. The base chance of getting a Duchy Claim is 10% 2. Add your Septon's Learning to that (so a 30 Learning Septon would raise the chance by 30%, to a total of 40%) 3. If you are fabricating on the Duchy Capital, add another 10% chance Also, I added a new option where IF you get the option to buy a Duchy Claim, you can choose a new 3rd option to get the Duchy Claim and the County claim. The cost is Duchy Claim + half of the County Claim cost.
