your wife still has claim on the paramountcy of the reach , i think you should put forward her claim and fight a war to make her the lady paramount so that your heir can inherit the reach as well

Crown Authority 4 allows you to designate heir. Also, do you remember how you were able to create your own kingdom? Was it just independence war and then somehow select the option to create new kingdom? I can just re-watch an earlier video but thought I'd ask 😆

fabricating a duchy claim may be too rng. maybe invite/abduct people with claims on that duchy is better
