Shocking difference in finish from the “staff quarters” to the rest of the house. It is not that expensive to give that space the same materials and finishes. Treat them well.

5 burner cook top or 5 burner stove. Yes you can use them all at the same time. Not unusual in the US but that’s because it’s not customary to have an auxiliary or everyday kitchen and sometimes a “dirty kitchen” too, outside. All common in the Phils.
