I don’t know if JULIA is an architect, engineer or interior designer as she excellently discusses/ describes parts of the houses. And boy, the choices of words used is so perfect. She knows the materials used. Ahhh, she’s by far the best seller/commentator of any house tour. I love her tone of voice, & yes! she’s pretty. Mapapabili ka talaga! I've never had such a sensational walk-thru this was the most zen vibe joint with those bonsai 😄 omg the place is just unbelievably versatile and made sense... the lobby is gargantuan and those 9 ft. doors are just magnificent 👌 I can't believe that tile too beautiful 😍 the fog is so unbelievably magical ✨️Thank-you Julia

I think when featuring a home with the owners or household staff inside to cover all the spaces in the house they should consider to get out first before you roll the camera. Para naman makita maige ang bahay na gusto nila e benta kesa to skip becoz they're lying around the house walking in and out.

I've seen this house in another channel and the presentation was bland and words were repetitive. The way Julia toured this house is something else. She actually showcased the features. She knew what words that can best describe the visuals and the feels the house gives.

I have been subscribed and watching your videos since before pandemic and already influenced a lot to watch as well, and I miss the old Julia whose always had her hair done. Your producer should provide you someone to do your hair for every episode. No house hunter trust anyone with a messy hair. 😉👍 Just the hair, because you're naturally pretty though, but your producer should really get you a hairstylist.

Nakaka bwisit yung mga tinu.tour na bahay na may mga hindi napapasok, dahil may mga nagtatago or yung may mga pakalat kalat na staffs.. Pag alam nyong ngayon isho.shoot bahay nyo, planuhin nyo na kung san kayo magta tago.. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

The house would have been a lot better if the pool is infinity type. The lot’s elevation and view were not maximized. Nonetheless, still a gorgeous home!

Just in case I would be able to purchase that wow beautiful abode dear beautiful Ms. Julia, you and the whole Presello team would be my first guest to stay there for a week or so, then after you guys, I would invite formally our President Bongbong Marcos and his whole family and staff to have a week's vacation there too, so I could have the opportunity to discuss with him our country's economy for first the poor and then forthe rest of our nation's recommended suggestions to boost everything up our country's good fate. while i'm not a fan of super big houses this one though has a certain charisma to it which i love the design of the house (modern industrial feel to it) though i would add a small patch of dirt for garden all them home grown veggies and all extend the pool a little bit it would be a relaxing get away house... now if only i had $4M CAD 🥲
