I love how “full” this apartment is. I never really liked the minimalism interior design trend. This apartment is so cozy and you really get a good grasp of his life and personality from his apartment.

the huge dining table shows you who he is, especially in new york. the only people i know with a dining table that size are my grandparents! will's home is warm and welcoming just like he is.

I loved this space. It's lived in not a showroom. He's a chef so I wouldn't expect his kitchen to look any other way. He's got a lot going on but everything has a place and every place has a thing. That's called living in a small space not clutter. That you apartment therapy!!

The marigold color on the walls is both welcoming and comforting at the same time. I love how he used color all throughout his home. The daybeds that he put together to make a huge deep sofa are a nice touch. And his dog is a cutie.

Loved the blue/yellow perspective, and as a chef, would expect him to have every kitchen implement in existence. Looks cozy, but as an oldster I have found a "letting go" vibe that he may feel one day. I love to cook, but as I have gotten older, with grandkids we were raising gone or almost gone, I just don't need as much cookware as I thought I did. Bottom line, I'm an old grandma. If I don't need it for Christmas, Thanksgiving, or new years, I just don't need it. We all get there, I guess.

I love this apartment. I'm getting so tired of minimalism. Thank you for the inspiration of what to do with the overflow of cookware. That's where I'm a minimalist (read: I don't like to cook and don't have enough storage), but my husband has to have every pot and pan (and sometimes duplicates!).

Be You! That's what this renter is doing. He seems happy in his space, and that's good for him. For me, I would have to edit and find storage for items. There is too much visual input for me. By the way I did see many quality items.
