I'm Boone Bake.
Today I made a beautiful tart full of orange juice.
I was happy the whole time I was making it because of how good the orange flavor was.
Of course, I was the happiest when I made everything and tasted it~~!
I made delicious orange pastry cream and finished it with orange mousse.
The orange flesh was chewed inside the tart, which made it even more delicious.
However, if you cut the orange flesh large, it will be difficult to cut later.
You have to cut it small.
The jelly with orange juice had a very nice texture and color.
It shines like a tart decorated with orange colored jewels.
I haven't eaten it all yet...
Talking makes me want to eat it again .. haha
And after making the tart, I made cookies and ate the leftovers.
It turned out to be too good a cookie to be called leftover dough.

75 g (warm) orange juice (1/3 cup)
8 g (2 tsp) sugar
4 g gelatin (1/2 Tbsp)
Food coloring (optional)
● Orange pastry cream
20g sugar (1Tbsp+2tsp)
7g cornstarch (1Tbsp ) - (wheat flour can be substituted)

Milk 35g (2Tbsp+1tsp)
35g orange juice (2Tbsp+1tsp)
orange zest 1
7 g unsalted butter (1/2 Tbsp)
2ml orange liqueur (optional)
