Surprisingly, I don't have alot of experience. My bachelor's degree is in kinesiology. But I found an article about the finances of baseball and something just resonated. Since then it's been just researching on my own and building my resume. My only business class was a fitness Management course where I had to establish a gym. My rxperi3nce has been difficult, but it helps that I enjoy learning something new, which makes all of this work perfectly.

Yep this is exactly correct. The Kroenke's goal was to have 100% ownership, meaning they would have to buy the shares off of Usmanov and Moshiri. Investing in the club prior to owning 100% would mean increasing the overall value of the club, and therefore increasing the overall value in everyone's shares. If you plan on buying out other partial owners, its not in your interest at all to increase the value of those shares. Now that they own the whole club, it's in their interest to have the club be as successful, and therefore valuable, as possible.
