In my opinion, I think the main idea of that speech it is that to build a successful business, you need to discover what is the problem that your customers deal with constantly and create a solution that facilitate somehow their life.

This is actually from 3 stages of Jourard's phenomenology of Growth, It is taught in Psychology of Adjustment and Growth : Awareness, Disturbance due to this new awareness and Reorganizing the thoughts to put into action

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants: eating-spots in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate this is opposed to current restaurants, thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are more powerful than restaurants, along with that, there is an app, people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days menu is influenced by the live input of the people via an app
