I really appreciated the way you differentiated these categories. It made sense to a non-chemist and aligns well with the NOVA food classification model, with which I was already familiar.

Helpful video though you should reduce the background music as it can be quite distracting especially given the nature of the video (it isn’t mindless entertainment)
