I have a 10.5 side charger and a 16 in rear charge, I'm happy with both, but that side charging upper is just too cool! when people see it their first reaction is WOW

I gifted a 7.62x39 CHF side charger for my brother in law. I've been pleased so far with all my BCA rifles. They are accurate and well made. I work at a training facility where our clients and instructors use the most expensive, big name platforms on the market. It's been a pleasure to make groups and hang with the best of them over 600 yards. BCA needs to sell more mags and ammo as I've had to source my Beowulf and 300 BLK items from other venders. Great job guys!

CHF 20-inch government profile 5.56 NATO upper on a CMMG lower is my THIRD BCA-15. I think they are like peanuts.. once you get started ... it's hard to stop. Realistic results with respectable performance.

How is the machine constructed?it is damn strong for doing that deformation to the thick pipe of steel.

Yeah these machines are incredible but need to work perfectly. I made barrels for a major gun manufacturer, and the hammer forge in the cell I was running shattered the hammers when the robot failed to grab the part after a power outage. Also had a much older forge, still a cold forge, where the mandrel got stuck in the barrel. The scary part was that the part couldn't be backed out without dropping it on the moving hammers, and the mandrel was actually bent inside the machine and was like a heavy spring.

Too bad BCA doesn't stop the hammering before getting to the neck. It sure would be nice if I had some freebore in my 6.5 and .308 barrels. Maybe they bought reamers without the freebore cutter section.

They only have one upper listed (with the CHF barrels) and a few guns...all in 16" 5.56...No individual barrels.

You guys are out of your mind, charging nearly the same price as an FN CHF barrel that's also chrome lined. Put them in the $200 dollar range and maybe you'll have something, but not $300.
