The little dot for colour selection at 6:38 isnt on my LR5, do you have to turn it on in a menu?

What kind od camera ? And what software have you installed to use your camera while its plugged into PC ? I have a canon 50D ,, and i use the EOS utility that came on CD with camera.. I can control and shoot camera from PC via USB cable.. I start the EOS utility,,then connect camera via USB..

You have to install it from the Canon CD that came with your Canon camera.. Then there will be an icon on your desktop..If you shoot Nikon,, then i cant help you :)
