What’s the purpose of doing a EGR & Coolant line delete on the intake?

Cleans up the intake manifold makes it easier to take on and off. Not necessary but some people like to clean that stuff up.

10:50 should I put gray rvt in the grooves here or should I put the rtv on the motor near the cams? does it matter?

RTV goes in the exhaust valve cover grooves
