Good job explaining things about what you are doing and why. I like when you really showed how it is done hands on. thank you!

Thank you for "stripping" the cow's tests the proper way by squizing and NOT pulling on the teat . Just watched another youtube where they "pulled" the teat . Again , thank you and may the L-RD bless your dairy .

Retired dairy producer adds be willing to lose the use of your knees early in life. Watch them dirty tails, too. Stay safe. Money can't buy happiness but it can buy cows which is pretty much the same thing.

Great video but the second cup of stuff fed the cows you miss the very large cow that has a lot of white with little black on her. She was trying to reach some feed but could not reach it.

That was a dry cow so she will not get any during that period. The grain and protein it to help with producing milk and when we dry a cow we are basically stopping them from making milk. Thanks for pointing that out though

Milking a cow certainly isn't torturing them, tie stall barns on the other hand are not used in large parts of the world on welfare grounds. Rightly so in my opinion.

Cows have to relax to let down their milk. You can't force a cow to let down milk. Just the same as when new human moms are getting lactation lessons, calmness and relaxation are crucial. And milking releases oxytocin, which is basically the pleasure hormone.

Do you ship grade a? Your milk hoses as so old and discolored. Grade a you have to be able to see in the hose. Hard to understand how you do not know what you wash the teats with? Is this your farm or someone else's?

It is another persons farm I work on. I just started milking less then a year ago so I have a lot to learn yet. Also they are grade b
